Home Cleaning to the standard you expect
Our local office is fully staffed from Monday to Friday 0900 – 1700 every week of the year and we are on hand immediately to help and answer any questions you may have.
Your first contact with Featherdusters will be a person-to-person telephone call – our office is based in Bracknell and every time you call you will speak to a person. We do not use call centres and will not have to wait in a queue. Our staff will talk through your needs and we will then arrange to come out and meet you in your home as this will give you the opportunity to meet us face-to-face and allow us to give an accurate appraisal of how long it will take to clean your home. During our meeting we will be happy to answer any questions you have about our cleaning service.
Once you have made the decision to join Featherdusters our office staff will ensure that they record your full requirements and your preferred days of cleaning.
On average the Office Manager will select a cleaner for you within a few days. The cleaner will then call you directly and arrange to meet with you in your own home. This provides an ideal opportunity for you to begin your relationship with your cleaner and if, for any reason you are not entirely comfortable, we will send you someone else.
Once you are happy with your cleaner, and have arranged all the final details, you can agree a start date (and it only on this date that the charges start). You will get the same cleaner every all the time and can tailor our service to your specific needs. The whole process of personalised meetings, cleaner appointment, attention to detail and provision of individual cleaners means that many of our clients have the same cleaners for years and years – resulting in total satisfaction.
Of course, in today’s busy environment, sometimes you might not have the time to meet personally with our Office Manager and so you can simply sign-up online here. With the exception of the initial meeting with our Office Manager (who will still choose your cleaner personally), the whole process is absolutely identical, and you can specify your requirements during the sign-up process. As usual no charges will start until you have met and are happy with your cleaner, and it is covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee so you can be sure you are in safe hands and in control of the whole process.
Note: Most of our clients prefer to use their own cleaning products and vacuum cleaner as this ensures that there isn’t cross contamination from other peoples homes – for example dog hairs on the vacuum cleaners roller – and also ensures that their house is cleaned with products they like. If you would prefer for the cleaner to provide the cleaning products please discuss and agree this with the cleaner when you talk through your requirements with them (the cleaner will probably charge extra for providing the products).
